Turn your phone on and off

Before you can turn on your phone, you need to insert your SIM into your phone.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
If your SIM is locked, press Unlock.
Key in your PIN and press OK.
Press and drag the power off icon right.

    Turn on your phone
    • Press and hold the Side button until your phone is turned on.
    • Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.

    Enter your PIN
    • If your SIM is locked, press Unlock.
    • Key in your PIN and press OK.
      If the wrong PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM is blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. Please note: If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Telstra.

    Turn off your phone
    • Press the Top volume key.
    • At the same time, press and hold the Side button until the power off icon is displayed.
    • Press and drag the power off icon right.
