Read text messages

A text message is a message that can be sent to other mobile phones. If you can't send and receive text messages as soon as you've inserted your SIM, you need to set up your phone for text messaging.

Press the message icon.
Press the required sender.
Press the text input field.
Key in the reply and press the send icon.
Press and hold the required text message.
Press the forward icon.
Press the add contact icon.
Press Find contacts and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
Press the required contact.
Press the send icon.
Press and hold the required text message.
Press the delete icon.
Press Delete.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Press the required sender.

    Reply to a text message
    • Press the text input field.
    • Key in the reply and press the send icon.

    Forward text message
    • Press and hold the required text message.
    • Press the forward icon.
    • Press the add contact icon.
    • Press Find contacts and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
    • Press the required contact.
    • Press the send icon.

    Delete message
    • Press and hold the required text message.
    • Press the delete icon.
    • Press Delete.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
