Retrieve PUK code and unlock SIM

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. Find out how to retrieve the PUK.

    Turn off your phone
    • Press and hold On/Off.
    • Drag your finger down the display to turn off your phone.

    Turn on your phone
    • Press and hold On/Off.

    Unblock SIM
    • The display tells you that your SIM is blocked.
    • Key in the PUK and press enter.
    • Key in a new four-digit PIN and press enter.
    • Key in the new PIN again and press enter.
    • The phone is ready for use.
