I can't start my phone

The phone lock code is turned on

Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Lock screen & security.
Press Fingerprint Manager.
Press the required setting.
Press DONE and follow the instructions on the screen to create an additional phone lock code.
Press NEXT and follow the instructions on the screen to add your fingerprint.
Press DONE.
Press Screen lock and key in the current phone lock code.
Press None.
Press YES, REMOVE.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Fingerprint Manager"
    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Lock screen & security.
    • Press Fingerprint Manager.

    Add fingerprint
    • Press the required setting.
    • Press DONE and follow the instructions on the screen to create an additional phone lock code.
    • Press NEXT and follow the instructions on the screen to add your fingerprint.
    • Press DONE.

    Turn off use of phone lock code
    • Press Screen lock and key in the current phone lock code.
    • Press None.
    • Press YES, REMOVE.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
