Clear browser data

When you use your phone's internet browser, various data is stored temporarily in the browser memory, such as cache and cookies. If you have problems loading web pages, deleting this data may help.

Press the internet browser icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Privacy and security.
Press Clear browsing data.
Press the fields next to the required data types.
Press Clear data.
Press Clear.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

    • Press Settings.
    • Press Privacy and security.

    • Press the fields next to the required data types.
