I can't use my phone's internet connection
Set up your phone for internet

1Find "Access point names"
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Network and Internet.
- Press Mobile network.
- Press Advanced.
- Press Access point names.

2Create new data connection
- Press the menu icon.
- Press New APN.

3Enter a name for the connection
- Press Name.
- Key in Telstra Internet and press OK.

4Enter APN
- Press APN.
- Key in telstra.wap and press OK.

5Enter country code
- Press MCC.
- Key in 505 and press OK.

6Enter network code
- Press MNC.
- Key in 01 and press OK.

7Select authentication type
- Press Authentication type.
- Press None.

8Enter APN type
- Press APN type.
- Key in default and press OK.

9Save data connection
- Press the menu icon.
- Press Save.
- Press the field next to the required data connection to activate it.

10Return to the home screen
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Can you make a voice call?
It's important to find out if you can make a voice call. If you can't make a voice call, you need to solve this problem first. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to use the phone's internet connection.
