Write and send email

You can send and receive email from your email accounts. To send and receive email, you need to set up your phone for email.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Press Gmail.
Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
Press the drop down list next to the email address.
Press the required email account.
Press the new email icon.
Press To and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
Press the required contact.
Press Subject and key in the required subject.
Press the text input field and write the text for your email.
Press the attachment icon.
Press Attach file and go to the required file.
Press the required file.
Press the send icon when you've finished your email.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Gmail"
    • Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
    • Press Gmail.

    Select email account
    • Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
    • Press the drop down list next to the email address.
    • Press the required email account.

    Create new email
    • Press the new email icon.

    Select recipient
    • Press To and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
    • Press the required contact.

    Enter subject
    • Press Subject and key in the required subject.

    Write text
    • Press the text input field and write the text for your email.

    Attach file
    • Press the attachment icon.
    • Press Attach file and go to the required file.
    • Press the required file.

    Send the email message
    • Press the send icon when you've finished your email.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
