I can't start my phone

The phone lock code is turned on

Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Screen lock & passwords.
Press Password.
Press Pattern, slide your finger across the screen to connect at least four points and repeat the selected phone lock code.
Key in a four-digit PIN and press Confirm PIN.
Key in your PIN again and press Done.
Press Password.
Key in the current phone lock code and press None.
Press Remove.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Screen lock & passwords"
    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Screen lock & passwords.

    Create phone lock code using a pattern
    • Press Password.
    • Press Pattern, slide your finger across the screen to connect at least four points and repeat the selected phone lock code.

    Select PIN
    • Key in a four-digit PIN and press Confirm PIN.
    • Key in your PIN again and press Done.

    Turn off use of phone lock code
    • Press Password.
    • Key in the current phone lock code and press None.
    • Press Remove.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
