Clear browser data

When you use your phone's internet browser, various data is stored temporarily in the browser memory, such as cache and cookies. If you have problems loading web pages, deleting this data may help.

    Find "Delete personal data"
    • Press Internet.
    • Press the menu icon.
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Privacy.
    • Press Delete personal data.

    Clear browser data
    • Press Cache and Cookies and site data to select browser data.
    • Press Delete.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
