Delete email account

If you have problems sending and receiving email, you can delete the email account and then create it again.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Accounts.
Press the required account type.
Press the required account.
Press MORE.
Press Remove account.
Press REMOVE ACCOUNT.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Accounts.

    Delete email account
    • Press the required account type.
    • Press the required account.
    • Press MORE.
    • Press Remove account.
    • Press REMOVE ACCOUNT.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
