Read text messages

A text message is a message that can be sent to other mobile phones. If you can't send and receive text messages as soon as you've inserted your SIM, you need to set up your phone for text messaging.

Press Messages.
Press the required sender.
Press the text input field.
Key in the required reply and press SEND.
Press and hold the required text message until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Press Forward.
Press Enter recipients and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
Press the required contact.
Press SEND.
Press and hold the required text message until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Press Delete.
Press DELETE.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Press Messages.

    Reply to a text message
    • Press the text input field.
    • Key in the required reply and press SEND.

    Forward text message
    • Press and hold the required text message until a pop-up menu is displayed.
    • Press Forward.
    • Press Enter recipients and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
    • Press the required contact.
    • Press SEND.

    Delete message
    • Press and hold the required text message until a pop-up menu is displayed.
    • Press Delete.
    • Press DELETE.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
