Use map functions in Google Maps
You can use the map functions in Google Maps to find a specific location on the map or to plan a route from one location to another. Remember, you need to set up your phone for internet and turn on GPS.

1Find "Maps"
- Press Apps.
- Press Maps.

2Use map functions in Google Maps
- The following steps describe how you:
- Find a destination
- Use zoom
- Save a favourite destination
- Plan a route to a destination
- Clear the map

3Find destination
- Press the search icon.
- Key in the required destination.
- Results matching what you key in are displayed.
- Press the required destination.

4Use zoom
- Drag two fingers together or apart to zoom in or out.

5Save favourite destination
- Press the field above the destination.
- Press the favourite icon.

6Plan route to destination
- Press Directions.
- Press the required mode of transportation.
- Press GET DIRECTIONS.

7Clear map
- Press the Menu key.
- Press Clear Map.

8Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
