Make sure your phone is assembled correctly.

1 of 7 steps Turn the back of your phone towards you.

2 of 7 steps Take hold of the left side of the back cover and remove it.

3 of 7 steps Place your SIM as illustrated next to the SIM holder.

4 of 7 steps Slide your SIM into the holder.

5 of 7 steps Place the battery in your phone, top first, matching the battery contacts with the phone contacts and press the battery into place.

6 of 7 steps Place the back cover on your phone and press it into place.

Turn off phone lock code.

3 of 20 steps Press Lock screen.

4 of 20 steps Press Screen lock.

5 of 20 steps You can create several types of phone lock codes. The following steps show three examples:Create phone lock code using a pattern, go to 2a.Create phone lock code using your fingerprint, go to 2b.Create phone lock code using a PIN, go to 2c.

7 of 20 steps Press and drag a point to connect at least four points.

8 of 20 steps Press Continue.Repeat the selected phone lock code to confirm.

9 of 20 steps Press Confirm.

10 of 20 steps Key in a four-digit PIN and press Continue.

11 of 20 steps Key in your PIN again and press OK.

12 of 20 steps Press Fingerprint.Follow the instructions on the display to add a fingerprint.

13 of 20 steps Key in a password and press Continue.

14 of 20 steps Key in the password again and press OK.

15 of 20 steps Press PIN.

16 of 20 steps Key in the required phone lock code and press Continue.

17 of 20 steps Key in the phone lock code again and press OK.

18 of 20 steps Press None.

19 of 20 steps Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
