Turn Android Beam on or off

Android Beam is a wireless connection which can be used to transfer information to and from your phone. You can transfer contacts, audio files or pictures and video clips to other phones with the Android Beam functionality. Remember, you need to turn on NFC.

    Find "Android Beam"
    • Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press NFC and payment.
    • Press Android Beam.

    Turn Android Beam on or off
    • Press the indicator next to "Android Beam" to turn the function on or off.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
