Use music player

You can use the music player to play audio files from your phone or audio files you have transferred to your smartwatch.

Press the Home key.
Press Music Player.
Press the storage device icon to select audio file playback from your smartwatch or your phone.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to see the different categories.
Press the required category and go to the required audio file.
Press the required audio file.
Press the volume icon.
Press the arrows to select the required volume.
Press the settings icon.
Press Repeat to turn the function on or off.
Press Shuffle to turn the function on or off.
Press Favourite to add audio file to the list of favourites.
Press the Return key.
Press arrow right to go to the next audio file.
Press arrow left twice to go to the previous audio file.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Transfer audio files from your phone
    • On your phone: Press Samsung Gear.
    • On your phone: Press SETTINGS.
    • On your phone: Press Send music to Gear.
    • On your phone: Press Select tracks.
    • On your phone: Press the field next to the required audio file.
    • On your phone: Press DONE.

    Open music player
    • Press the Home key.
    • Press Music Player.

    Select storage device

    Play audio file
    • Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to see the different categories.
    • Press the required category and go to the required audio file.
    • Press the required audio file.

    Select volume
    • Press the volume icon.
    • Press the arrows to select the required volume.

    Turn repeat on or off
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Repeat to turn the function on or off.
      You can choose whether you want the music player to repeat one or more audio files.

    Turn shuffle on or off
    • Press Shuffle to turn the function on or off.

    Add audio file to playlist of favourites
    • Press Favourite to add audio file to the list of favourites.
    • Press the Return key.

    Go to the next or previous audio file
    • Press arrow right to go to the next audio file.
    • Press arrow left twice to go to the previous audio file.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
