Cancel all diverts

If you no longer wish to divert your calls to your MessageBank® or another number, you need to cancel the diverts.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Call.
Press Call forwarding.
Press Voice.
Press the required divert type.
Press TURN OFF.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Call.
    • Press Call forwarding.

    Cancel all diverts
    • Press Voice.
    • Press the required divert type.
    • Press TURN OFF.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
