I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off
Data roaming is turned off

Turn data roaming on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Mobile data.
Press the field next to
If you turn on data roaming, press OK.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Mobile data"
    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Mobile data.

    Turn data roaming on or off
    • Press the field next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.
    • If you turn on data roaming, press OK.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
