Retrieve PUK code and unlock SIM

If the wrong PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM is blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. Find out how to retrieve the PUK.

    • The display tells you that your SIM is blocked.
    • Key in the PUK.
    • Press New PIN Code.
    • Key in a new four-digit PIN and press OK.
    • The phone is ready for use.
