Back up tablet memory

Before updating your tablet's software, it's recommended that you back up the tablet memory to ensure that no data is lost. It can also be useful to back up the tablet memory regularly to ensure that no data is lost in case of defects and crashes. Remember, you need to insert a memory card in your tablet.

    Find "Back up"
    • Press the menu icon.
    • Press Tools.
    • Press Back up & restore.
    • Press Back up.

    Back up tablet memory
    • Press SD card.
    • Press the box next to the following data types until the data type is selected:
    • System apps data
    • Media files
    • Downloaded apps with data
    • Press Back up now.
    • Key in the required password and press OK.
