I can't use the internet connection on my tablet

If you can't use the internet connection on your tablet, there may be several causes of the problem.

Several functions on your tablet require an internet connection, e.g. when you use the internet browser, send email and install apps.

Solution: Set up your tablet for internet

When you insert your SIM into your tablet, it's automatically set up for internet.

Solution: Turn mobile data on or off

Press Settings.
