I can't receive messages on my MessageBank®

If you can't receive messages on your MessageBank®, there may be several causes of the problem.

To receive messages on your MessageBank®, you need to select MessageBank® settings.

Solution: Dial 101 from your phone and follow the instructions to set up your MessageBank®.

To receive messages on your MessageBank®, you need to divert calls you can't answer to your MessageBank®.

Solution: Divert calls to MessageBank®

Press the phone icon.
