I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
Mobile data is turned off
Data roaming is turned off

Turn data roaming on or off

Press Settings.
Press Mobile Data.
Press Mobile Data Options.
Press the indicator next to
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

    Find "Mobile Data Options"
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Mobile Data.
    • Press Mobile Data Options.

    Turn data roaming on or off
    • Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

    Return to the home screen
    • Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
