I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off

Turn mobile data on or off

Press Settings.
Press Cellular.
Press the indicator next to
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Press Cellular.

    • Press the indicator next to "Cellular Data" to turn the function on or off.
