To receive messages on your MessageBank®, you need to select MessageBank® settings.

Solution: Dial 101 from your phone and follow the instructions to set up your MessageBank®.

To receive messages on your MessageBank®, you need to divert calls you can't answer to your MessageBank®.

Solution: Divert calls to MessageBank®

Press the phone icon.

Press Keypad.

Key in **21*+61101# and press the call icon.

Key in **61*+61101*20# and press the call icon.

Key in the required number of seconds before the call is diverted, e.g. 20. The number needs to be divisible by 5.

Key in **62*+61101# and press the call icon.

**67*+61101#

Key in **67*+61101# and press the call icon.

Press Dismiss.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
