No ring tone is heard on incoming calls

If there's no ring tone when you get calls, there may be several causes of the problem.

When you turn on silent mode, all Apple Watch sounds are turned off.

Solution: Turn silent mode on or off

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.

If Do Not Disturb is turned on, your Apple Watch is set to silent mode as long as the function is turned on.

Solution: Use Do Not Disturb
