No message tone is heard on incoming messages

If there's no message tone when you get messages, there may be several causes of the problem.

If Do Not Disturb is turned on, your Apple Watch is set to silent mode as long as the function is turned on.

Solution: Use Do Not Disturb

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
