I can't make voice calls

There's no credit on your prepaid phone
Your number is no longer in service
Flight mode is turned on
Your phone is overloaded for unknown reasons
The SIM is faulty
Not adequate network coverage
There is a temporary network problem
There's an error at the receiving end
The selected network is out of range

Select network

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Network & Internet.
Press Mobile network.
Press Advanced.
If you want to select a network automatically, press Automatically select network to turn on the function.
If you want to select a network manually, press the indicator next to
Press the required network.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Advanced"
    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Network & Internet.
    • Press Mobile network.
    • Press Advanced.

    Select network automatically
    • If you want to select a network automatically, press Automatically select network to turn on the function.

    Select network manually
    • If you want to select a network manually, press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.
    • Press the required network.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
