- Press the upper or lower part of the Volume key.
- Press the sound mode icon the necessary number of times to turn silent mode on or off.

- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Can you make a voice call?
It's important to find out if you can make a voice call. If you can't make a voice call, you need to solve this problem first. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to hear the ring tone.
