I can't use GPS navigation

Turn GPS on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Location.
Press the indicator next to
Press Mode.
If you select High accuracy, your phone can find your exact position using the GPS satellites, the mobile network and nearby Wi-Fi networks.
If you select Battery saving, your phone can find your approximate position using the mobile network and nearby Wi-Fi networks.
If you select Device only, your phone can find your exact position but it may take longer as there is no access to supplementary information from nearby mobile or Wi-Fi networks.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Location.

    Turn use of GPS position on or off
    • Press the indicator next to "Location" to turn the function on or off.
      If you turn on geotagging, your phone can find your position using GPS. If you turn off the function, you can't use any GPS functions on your phone.

    Select positioning method
    • Press Mode.
    • If you select High accuracy, your phone can find your exact position using the GPS satellites, the mobile network and nearby Wi-Fi networks.
    • If you select Battery saving, your phone can find your approximate position using the mobile network and nearby Wi-Fi networks.
    • If you select Device only, your phone can find your exact position but it may take longer as there is no access to supplementary information from nearby mobile or Wi-Fi networks.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Can you use the phone's internet connection?

It's important to find out if you can use the phone's internet connection. If you can't use the phone's internet connection, you need to solve this problem first. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to use GPS navigation.
