Set up your phone for Exchange email
You can set up your phone to send and receive email from your Exchange email account, such as your work email. Remember, you need to set up your phone for internet.
Select an alternative email configuration:
- Set up your phone for email
- Set up your phone for Telstra Mail

1Find "Exchange"
- Press Email.
- Press Exchange.

If an email account has been created already, do the following instead:Press the Menu key. Press Settings. Press Add account. Press Exchange.

2Enter email address
- Key in your email address.

3Enter domain name
- Press Domain and key in the domain name.

4Enter username
- Press Username and key in your username.

5Enter password
- Press Password and key in your password.
- Press Manual setup.

6Enter server address
- Press the field below "Server" and key in the server address.

7Turn SSL encryption on or off
- Press Use secure connection (SSL) to turn the function on or off.
- Press Next.

8Select synchronisation setting
- Press the drop down list below "Inbox checking frequency".
- Press Automatic (Push), Never or the required interval.

9Select period for synchronisation of email
- Press the drop down list below "Days to sync".
- Press the required setting.

10Select data types for synchronisation
- Press one of the following data types to turn synchronisation on or off:
- Sync contacts from this account
- Sync calendar from this account
- Sync email from this account
- Press Next.

11Enter email account name
- Key in a name for your email account.

12Finish setup
- Press Next.

13Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
