Set up your phone for Exchange email
You can set up your phone to send and receive email from your Exchange email account, such as your work email. Remember, you need to set up your phone for internet.
Select an alternative email configuration:

- Set up your phone for Telstra Mail

1Find "E-mail"
- Press the menu icon.
- Press E-mail.

2Create new email account
- Press Microsoft Exchange.

If an email account has been created already, do the following instead:Press the menu icon. Press Settings. Press Add account. Press Microsoft Exchange.

3Enter email address
- Key in your email address.

4Enter password
- Press Password and key in the password for your email account.
- Press Next.

5Enter server address
- Press the field below "Server address" and key in the server address.

6Enter domain name
- Press the field below "Domain" and key in the domain name.

7Enter port number
- Press the field below "Port number" and key in the port number.

8Enter username
- Press the field below "Username" and key in the username for your email account.

9Turn SSL encryption on or off
- Press Use secure connection (SSL) to turn the function on or off.

10Select client certificate
- Press Add and follow the instructions on the display to install the required certificate.

The menu item is only available if you turned on SSL encryption in step 8.

11Select data types for synchronisation
- Press Next.
- Press one of the following data types to turn synchronisation on or off:
- Sync Email
- Sync Contacts
- Sync Calendar
- Sync Tasks

12Select synchronisation setting
- Press Update schedule.
- Press Push, Manual or the required period.

13Select period for synchronisation of email
- Press Days to sync e-mail.
- Press the required setting.
- Press Next.

14Enter email account name
- Key in a name for your email account.

15Enter sender name
- Press the field below "Your name" and key in the required sender name.
- Press Done.

16Return to the home screen
- Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
