Divert calls to MessageBank®

To receive voice messages, you need to divert your calls to your MessageBank®.

    Find "Call forwarding"
    • Press the phone icon.
    • Press Dial.
    • Press the menu icon.
    • Press Call settings.
    • Press Call forwarding.

    Select divert type
    • After a moment the current settings are displayed.
    • Press one of the following options:
    • Always forward
    • Busy
    • Unanswered
    • Unreachable

    Divert calls to MessageBank®
    • Key in +61101 and press TURN ON.
    • If you selected Unanswered in step 2, you need to select how many seconds delay you want before the call is diverted:
    • Press the required delay.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
