I can't make voice calls

There's no credit on your prepaid phone
Your number is no longer in service
Flight mode is turned on
Barring of outgoing calls is turned on

Turn call barring on or off

Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Call settings.
Press More.
Press Call barring.
Press the required barring type to turn the function on or off.
Key in your call barring password and press TURN ON.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Call barring"
    • Press the phone icon.
    • Press the menu icon.
    • Press Call settings.
    • Press More.
    • Press Call barring.

    Turn call barring on or off
    • Press the required barring type to turn the function on or off.
    • Key in your call barring password and press TURN ON.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
