I can't make voice calls

There's no credit on your prepaid phone
Your number is no longer in service
Flight mode is turned on

Turn flight mode on or off

Press Turn on Airplane mode.
Press TURN ON.
Press Turn off Airplane mode.

    • Press and hold On/Off.
    • Press Turn on Airplane mode.
    • Press TURN ON.

    • Press and hold On/Off.
    • Press Turn off Airplane mode.
