My phone doesn't respond

The screen lock is turned on

Turn screen lock on or off

Press Settings.
Press Display.
Press Screen timeout.
Press the required setting.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Turn on the screen lock
    • Briefly press On/Off.

    Turn off the screen lock
    • Briefly press On/Off and slide you finger across the screen.

    Set automatic screen lock
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Display.
    • Press Screen timeout.
    • Press the required setting.
  • 4
    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
