Barring of outgoing calls is turned on

I can't make voice calls

Find "Call barring"
- Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Networks.
- Press Call.
- Press More.
- Press Call barring.

Turn call barring on or off
- Press the required barring type.
- Key in your call barring password and press TURN ON.

Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
