I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the Mobile Data icon to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, press TURN ON.
If you turn off the function, press TURN OFF.
