1. Select email account

Slide your finger left on the display.

2. Press the required email account.
3. Press +.
4. Key in the first letters of the required contact.
5. Matching contacts are displayed.
6. Press the required contact.
7. Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
8. Press Subject and key in the required subject.
9. Press the text input field and write the required text.
10. Press the attachment icon.
11. Go to the required folder.
12. Press the required file.
13. When a picture or video clip is ticked (V), it's selected.
14. Press the confirm icon.
15. Press the send icon when you've finished your email.
16. Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

4. Press add an account.
5. Press advanced setup.
6. Press the field below Email address and key in your email address.
7. Press the field below Password and key in the password for your email account.
8. Press next.
9. Press Internet email.
10. Press the field below Account name and key in a name for the email account.
11. Press the field below Your name and key in the required sender name.
12. Press the field below Incoming email server and key in the name of your email provider's incoming server.
13. Press the field below Account type.
14. Press POP3.
15. Press the field below Username and key in the username for your email account.
16. Press the field below Outgoing (SMTP) email server and key in the name of your email provider's outgoing server.
17. Press Outgoing server requires authentication to turn SMTP authentication on or off.
18. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), SMTP authentication is turned on.
19. If you turn on SMTP authentication:
20. Follow the instructions on the display to key in the username and password for your email account.
21. Press advanced settings.
22. Press Require SSL for incoming email and Require SSL for outgoing email to turn off SSL encryption.
23. When the box next to the menu items is empty, SSL encryption is turned off.
24. Press the field below Download new content.
25. Press the required period or manually.
26. Press the field below Download email from.
27. Press the required period or any time.
28. Press sign in.
29. Wait while the email account is activated.
30. Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

20. Press the required period or any time.
21. Press Email, Contacts, Calendar and Tasks to turn synchronisation of each data type on or off.
22. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), synchronisation for the required data type is turned on.
23. Press sign in.
24. Wait while the email account is activated.
25. Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

26. Press the required period or any time.
27. Press sign in.
28. Wait while the email account is activated.
