Use map functions in HERE Maps

You can use the map functions in HERE Maps to find a specific location on the map or to plan a route from one location to another. Remember, you need to set up your phone for internet and turn on GPS.

    Open HERE Maps
    • Press HERE Maps.

    Use map functions in HERE Maps
    • The following steps describe how you:
    • Find a destination
    • Use zoom
    • Save a favourite destination
    • Plan a route to a destination
    • Clear the map

    Find destination
    • Press the search icon.
    • Key in the required destination and press arrow right.

    Use zoom
    • Drag two fingers together or apart to zoom in or out.

    Save favourite destination
    • Press the field above the destination.
    • Press the favourite icon.
    • Key in the required name of the destination and press the save icon.

    Plan route to destination
    • Press get directions.
  • 7
    Clear map
    • Press the Return key the necessary number of times to clear the map.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
