Set up your phone for picture messaging
A picture message is a message which can contain pictures and other media files and can be sent to other mobile phones. You can send and receive picture messages as soon as you've inserted your SIM. If this isn't the case, you can set up your phone for picture messaging manually.

1Find "Access point names"
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Mobile network.
- Press the name of your SIM.
- Press Access point names.

2Create new data connection
- Press the new data connection icon.
- Press the field below "Name" and key in Telstra MMS.

3Enter APN
- Press the field below "APN" and key in telstra.mms.

4Enter picture messaging server
- Press the field below "MMSC" and key in http://mmsc.telstra.com:8002.

5Enter IP address
- Press the field below "MMS proxy" and key in 10.1.1.180.

6Enter port number
- Press the field below "MMS port" and key in 80.

7Enter country code
- Press the field below "MCC" and key in 505.

8Enter network code
- Press the field below "MNC" and key in 01.

9Select authentication type
- Press Authentication type.
- Press None.

10Enter APN type
- Press the field below "APN type" and key in mms.

11Save data connection
- Press the save icon.

12Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
