Turn your phone on and off

Before you can turn on your phone, you need to insert your SIM into your phone.

Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
If you're asked to key in your PIN, do so and press Done.
Press and drag the power off icon downwards.

    Turn on your phone
    • Press and hold On/Off until your phone is turned on.

    Enter your PIN
    • Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
    • If you're asked to key in your PIN, do so and press Done.
      If the wrong PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM is blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. Please note: If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Telstra.

    • Press and hold On/Off.
    • Press and drag the power off icon downwards.
