I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off
Data roaming is turned off

Turn data roaming on or off

Press Settings.
Press Dual SIM & Mobile.
Press the required SIM.
Press the indicator next to
If you turn on the function, press On.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Dual SIM & Mobile"
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Dual SIM & Mobile.

    Turn data roaming on or off
    • Press the required SIM.
    • Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.
    • If you turn on the function, press On.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
