If your phone is connected to a 2G network, you can't make video calls.

Solution: Try making a video call later when you're in an area with better network coverage. Check our network coverage maps for coverage information and to confirm expected signal strength and speeds in your area.

1. Find "Network mode"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

1. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press Mobile networks.
4. Press Network mode.
5. Press the required network mode.
   There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your phone to automatic network selection, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.
6. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

If the recipient's phone is connected to a 2G network, you can't make video calls to the recipient.

Solution: Make a voice call to the recipient. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Press Phone.

1. Press Phone.
2. Press the keypad icon.
3. Key in the required number and press the video call icon.
4. Press Switch to switch between the front and the back camera.
5. Press the end call icon.
6. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
