I can't install an app

If you can't install an app on your phone, there may be several causes of the problem.

The payment information used when buying apps is connected to your Google account. If the information is incorrect, it needs to be updated before you can buy apps.

Solution: Log on to Google Play from a computer and update your payment information.

To install apps, there needs to be enough memory.

Solution: Uninstall apps
