1. Connect the charging cable to your tablet

Connect the charging cable to the socket and to a wall socket.

1. Connect the charging cable to the socket and to a wall socket.
2. When the battery charging icon is displayed, charging is in progress.
3. When the battery is fully charged, you can remove the charger from the wall socket and your tablet.

Solution: Insert SIM

Solution: Before you can use a Telstra SIM, you need to unlock your tablet using an unlock code. To get the unlock code, contact the operator that locked your tablet.

Solution: When using a SIM from another operator, you'll need to unlock your tablet. Find your nearest Telstra Shop or contact customer serviceto unlock your phone. To unlock your tablet, certain conditions need to be met, this may not be free of charge.

Solution: Turn your tablet on and off

1. Turn on your tablet

Press On/Off until your tablet is turned on.

1. Press On/Off until your tablet is turned on.
2. Key in your PIN and press OK.
3. If your tablet rejects the SIM:
4. Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your tablet.
5. Press and hold On/Off.
6. Press Power off.
7. Press POWER OFF.

Solution: Check if your SIM is faulty by inserting it in another tablet. If your SIM is not accepted by the other tablet, your SIM is probably faulty. Find your nearest Telstra Shop or contact customer service to order a new SIM.

1. Find "Screen lock type"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.

2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press Lock screen and security.
4. Press Screen lock type.
5. You can create several types of lock codes. The following steps show three examples:
6. Create lock code using a pattern, go to 2a.
7. Create lock code using a PIN, go to 2b.
8. Press Pattern.
9. Press and drag a point to connect at least four points.
10. Press CONTINUE.
11. Repeat the selected lock code to confirm.
12. Press CONFIRM.
13. Key in a four-digit PIN and press CONTINUE.
14. Key in your PIN again and press OK.
15. Press the required setting.
16. Press DONE.
17. Press PIN.
18. Key in the required lock code and press CONTINUE.
19. Key in the lock code again and press OK.
20. Press the required setting.
21. Press DONE.
22. Press None.
23. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
