I can't connect to another Bluetooth device

If you can't connect to another Bluetooth device, follow these instructions to solve the problem.

Solution: Place the devices no more than ten metres apart.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth on the other device.

Solution: Turn Bluetooth on or off

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth visibility on the other device.

Solution: Replace the other device to check if the error is at the receiving end.

Solution: Use the correct access code.
