My smartwatch doesn't respond

If your smartwatch stops responding while you're using it, there may be several causes of the problem.

If your smartwatch freezes, it may help restarting it.

Solution: Restart your smartwatch

Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch restarts.

If the surrounding temperature is too high or too low, it may cause your smartwatch to not respond or shut down.

Solution: Try using your smartwatch again when you're in an area where the temperature of your surroundings is within the calculated operating temperature of your smartwatch. See the recommended operating temperature for your smartwatch on the manufacturer's web page.
