I can't send and receive email

If you can't send and receive email, there may be several causes of the problem.

To send an email, it needs to be written and sent correctly.

Solution: Read email

Press the Home key.

To send and receive IMAP email, you need to set up the paired phone correctly for email.

Solution: Check if you can send and receive email on the paired phone. If this is not possible, try setting up your email account on your phone again.

If your smartwatch can't send and receive email, it may be caused by an unknown connection error.

Solution: Restart your smartwatch

Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch restarts.

When flight mode is turned on, all wireless smartwatch connections are turned off, including the mobile network connection.

Solution: Turn flight mode on or off

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
