1. Charge the battery

Connect the charger to a wall socket.

1. Connect the charger to a wall socket.
2. Place the back of your smartwatch on the magnetic charger allowing it to click into place.
3. When the battery charging icon is displayed, the battery is charging.

To turn on your smartwatch, it needs to be done correctly.

1. Turn on your smartwatch

Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch is turned on.

1. Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch is turned on.
2. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
3. Press the power off icon.
4. Press Power off.

If the battery is faulty, you can't turn on your smartwatch.

Solution: Go to the manufacturer's web page to see if it's possible to change the battery.
