If automatic mobile data usage is turned on, your phone will use mobile data when the connection to the Wi-Fi network is poor.

1. Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

1. Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press Wi-Fi.
4. Press the menu icon.
5. Press Settings.
6. Press Auto network switch to turn the function on or off.
7. If you turn on the function, press ENABLE.
8. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

If notifications are turned on, your phone will use mobile data when applications send push notifications and is not connected to a Wi-Fi-network.

Solution: Turn notifications on or off

2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press Sound & notification.
4. Press App notifications.
5. Press the required app.
6. Press Block all to turn the function on or off.
7. Press the Return key.
8. Press Email.
9. Press Block all to turn the function on or off.
10. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
